Sliding scale.The Alexander Technique is a practice for unlearning the sense of feeling stuck. It looks at the ways our thinking and bodies are interconnected, and it helps people gain access to a wider field of attention, ease, and intuition. A session involves light touch, slow movement, and conversation. It is very simple, and also a little surreal.+++

+++I make things with light and sounds and theater and text and paper and drawing. I teach the Alexander Technique in Greenfield, MA. I teach poetry to nonspeaking autistic writers through Unrestricted Interest. I am part of the editorial team for Milkweed Editions' Multiverse series. I am a member of Jewish Voice for Peace.
